It is in the 3rd Databook that he learnt a technique called Whirlwind-Wolf-fang during the time skip. It doesn't say any details but it is a technique designed to allow Kiba to protect a friend. I get the impression that it may come out when the army get to naruto's battle field since Kiba said for Naruto to "wait till he gets there" (not that I think it will do anything to Tobi...Tobi is just to badass).

He also said in the hunt for Itachi arc, just before they met Silly Tobi, that if they meet some akatsuki then this might be a good time to show his new technique.

So he has something hidden, whether it will make any difference is another story. The scale of these battles seems to high, so it would have to be some super hidden jutsu to do any real damage.

Shikamaru can come up with a good plan
Shino bugs would eat susanoo and overwhelm madara unless he use fire style
Using that would make him vurnable for a shadow posession and that where sakura full power punch,choji butterfly,and lee 6 gates come in battle and get madara (plot no jutsu)
