What if Luffy met Sabo again

I used to believe that sabo was still alive, if say Dragon or someone saved him. But apparently in One Piece Green it was confirmed he died.

Sabo is not confirmed dead! Go check the interviews people. The green book only lists him as dead because from those chapters, in the story, he appears to be dead
