That will never happen but I would be pissed. However, Dressrosa would still be the best arc.

For me:

1st- Enies Lobby
2nd- Alabasta
3rd- Dressrosa (could take the number 2 spot if Luffy vs Doflamingo is awesome)

I think Luffy almost needs to be the one that beats him because since the time skip he hasn't taken anyone out of note maybe the Pasifista but that's it.
