the avengers would be acting hardcore 24/7.
Tony Stark instead of making jokes would be depressed and regretful of his actions. Swear to avenge his wrong doings and make badass poses everytime he kills a ultron robot.
Ultron would have a deep ass voice and defeat everyone at once but leave them alive for no reason at all/ then gets defeated later on
The hulk would have clothes on.
Thor would have a sword.

James Spader did a perfect job as ultron. Even copied a lot of his mannerisms, too. Perfect.

Everybody had sword and hidden porwers, flying in the sky,hulk would have shirt on it, iron man would have knifes instead of bullets in his armor but this all have never happened bcoz the film would have never ended due to small pace in storyline.
