Sasuke and Naruto defeat Madara and the war ends, everyone goes home and they remain as allies with every nation and the world is finally at peace. Naruto becomes hokage and marries Hinata. Sasuke leaves and Sakura joins him, Orochimaru and Kabuto go back to their lair. Etc etc. Then in the final scene we see Madara alive and using his 3rd eye. Then years later Kishi starts the manga again where they realized it was just a dream and that's where the new story begins.
