During either 699 or 700 he reveals that everything was infinite tsukuyomi and the final battle never happened between Naruto and Sasuke?

Kaguya and the Sage never even appeared and it was all Madara's construct under infinite Tsukuyomi? In the last panel we see Madara sitting on a throne smiling that his plan worked and everyone is happy in their cocoon dreams? Including Team 7?

Would you be happy?
Would you rage?
Would you take a trip to Japan, stalk Kishi and slap him?
