Even without Hashirama's SM, Kimmimaro is easily high jonin, or low kage level. Pain arc SM Naruto,
who in base is weaker than a healthy Kimmimaro, whose SM is also weaker than Hashirama's, was kage
level. Kimmimaro should be high kage level, losing only to the likes of Hashirama for sure.

I'd place him in the same tier as a full-powered six paths of pain.
