Really good thought...a little out of his character to help others, but I could see it being plausible. Mostly out of his hatred for Hashirama. If anything they may have had a conversation or mutual hatred of Hashirama in that regard!

Only to show how long the fight lasted? Also, i made this thread long time ago, long time before this chapter, so obviously many things changed since then. Not saying it's impossible that Kakuzu helped him though. Actually i even think it's highly possible

This is a good idea but the timeline is off a lil.
Kakuzu stole forbidden jutsu from his village then killed the elders so that means the village he came from had to have been formed very very shortly after the leaf. Also it means that he was really close to the first and Madara in age.
It also means that the first had to have fought Kakuzu some time between his fights with Madara.
Also if your theory is true that would mean Kakuzu was the first member to be in the akatski and was around way before Obito and if that was the case where has he the whole time Obito first got there?
I just don't find it very possible that's what happend.
I think it's more likely when Kakuzu was recruited he was told something about how they knew he fought the first and just appealed to his hate for the leaf and used that as a common point and thats how they got him.
Kakuzu didn't like anyone so it makes it out of his personality to jus help Madara cuz he hated the first more.

01) There is nothing wrong with the Timeline.
02) What's wrong with that?
03) What's wrong with that too?! Plus, the village's name is Hidden Waterfall.
04) You are speaking as if Madara created Akatsuki. If you don't remember Yahiko, Nagato and Konan were it's creators. Obito stared manipulating Nagato and that's how he took over Akatski. Madara didn't have to do anything with Akatsuki.
