No, I don't even think that this will happen, but what if?
Obito give him his eye and - don't ask for a reason - get a new pair of these eyes.
Would he get the EMS? I forgot if the ushiha blood is a requirement. Second thing: If he would get EMS(lol i'm bored, so don't think that I hope that Kakashi will get EMS), would he run out of chakra?

2)He would be blind and spend week after week to the hospital.
3)no he won't get EMS because he doesn't have a brother to give him his eyes.
4)If he got EMS on one eye(again,can't happen) I think he would have better stamina and sharingan wouldn't draw so much chakra.
