Clones are made with a physical appearance.
Such technique would require a well rounded yin yang element like Kakashi to use but at the cost of his life without some kind of chakra boost from Obito.
Since Obito like most uchiha's is not yang justu oriented, he will need to make a wooden clone fused with kamui for it to stable.

Kakashi's chakra is too low for that made up Justu and Obito is not good enough to use a Justus that require yang fragments as good as Kakashi is.
