I was thinking this as well, as in the latest chapter Kaguya is crying while Black Zetsu is talking. The talking which Kaguya could have done, not to mention that Black Zetsu claims to have been created from the Juubi being turned into a core of the moon. Black Zetsu may infact be the Juubi.
