Dude you know the answer to your own question. I don't know why you bothered asking it.

You just want people to say Naruto will be OP right? Well that's correct with Sage Mode, if he is mature enough to deal with the power Neji is toast. Rasengan can be countered with Rotation but if he transforms it into a Big Ball Rasengan, Neji is screwed. Also if he mixes some Kyuubi chakra in it, Rotation doesn't have a chance and the Byakugan will have a tough time tracking his speed.

Shadow clone jutsu isn't a hard technique, it's only one hand sign. All you need is the correct amount of chakra to do it.

Naruto didn't have mastery over the shadowclone, to use one to collect the natural energy at that point.
He couldn't sync with Ma an PA

Lol what? That scan clearly shows the opposite. Clearly you don't know how Rasengan or Kaiten works. Kaiten repels attacks with spinning chakra. Its only a theory that Kaiten can be stopped by rotating in the opposite direction of it at a faster rate. But, ill play along. Rasengan doesn't rotate to the left or right like Kaiten does anyway, or in multiple directions, it rotates in one direction. One forces the Rasengan into the opponents abdomen and it rotates forward, which will not counter Neji's Kaiten at all.

If he didn't have Kurama, he would've learned both techs with ease. He'd be extremely OP. By war arc, he'd probably be around Hashi's lvl.
