If Itachi was Indra's transmigrant, would there be a different outcome in the manga/Anime altogether?
What if Itachi was the younger brother and Sasuke was the elder brother?

If all progressed as it did in the manga (the Uchiha massacre, Itachi's parents dying, Sasuke running off with the Akatsuki, Itachi being in team 7 ) this is how I'd imagine it.
Zabuza arc : Itachi would've neg diffed Zabuza at the very start ( he would've had the mangekyo by that age, remember, Itachi solo'd Orochimaru at the age of 14, and he's 12 here, Oro>>>>>>Zabuza)
Chunin exams arc : This one is weird, because Itachi would've already been a jonin level nin by age of 6 or so , but let's say he doesn't get the rank, so he just roflstomps everyone and everything in this arc, Oro tries to put a curse seal on him and gets 360 no scoped, Itachi subdues/seals/kills Gaara once he reveals himself and Shukaku.
Cursed mark arc / VoTE arc doesn't happen as Itachi doesn't have the curse mark, and he wouldn't be fighting with Naruto .

1st arc : Itachi 360roflnodiffscopewats Deidara and Sasori, killing them both.
Sauce arc doesn't happen (Itachi arc in this case) since Itachi never went with Oro and he's still in the Leaf Village.
Hidan arc goes the same
Sasuke vs Itachi would probably happen, with Sasuke wanting to give Itachi his eyes, Itachi obtains the EMS
Pain invades the Leaf Village, only to get 1 shot by Itachi
Itachi finds and kills Nagato, he's very efficient and wouldn't have gave Nagato a chance like Naruto did
Obito never gets the rinnegan
Madara is probably Edo tensei'd by either Oro or Kabuto, Itachi pwns him and seals up the rest
Obito wouldn't have started the war and would've probably begged Hiruzen for forgiveness, with Hiruzen allowing it.
Itachi would've seen through black Zetsu, getting rid of Kaguya
And there's a summary of the manga, I most likely forgot a shit ton of things, but yeah, this is close to what would've happened .

Naruto would be a laughing stock if he was the rival of Hitachi. XD But Sasuke loves his clan too much, so maybe some Uchihas would survive(he might make all the Uchihas run away or something).

I also imagine Naruto/Itachi relationship would've been very different compared to Sauce/Nardo.
First off, Itachi would've understood that the Uchiha massacre needed to happen, and he wouldn't have been emo about it.
He and Naruto would've probably been very good friends, however, I don't think they'd be rivals, seeing how Itachi's power would be
too overwhelming for Naruto ever to match, let alone overpower .

Too many things would be different. We wouldn't even really have a series.
Possibilities-
a) If Sasuke were the older brother, all the Uchiha would die in a failed coup. So they wouldn't have a story. He wouldn't do anything similar to what Itachi did, knowing his personality and his lack of care regarding the village unless Naruto comes into the equation. Or, Sasuke at age 13 wouldn't be chosen to be a double spy by the Uchiha since he wasn't at Itachi's level then & some adult Police Force member would be a double agent by eventually getting on Hiruzen's good side. So, the coup would go on and fail.
b) Since Itachi is the transmigrant, I guess that would mean he'd have to miraculously be spared somehow. Maybe he'd escape during the civil war lol and join Akatsuki since the Uchiha name in Konoha would be in tatters & he wouldn't be able to stay there after such an incident. But since Ashura/Indra reincarnate in pairs, that would mean Ashura wouldn't be Naruto. It would have to be someone counter to Itachi around his age. This wouldn't be Shisui since he was 7+ years older than him according to the novels. Who knows who Ashura would have been... probably just some new character.
c) Hagoromo stated that Ashura did not choose Naruto for his ability but instead because his personality was similar to the one he had. We can infer the same reason for Indra choosing Sasuke. Knowing this, the chance of Itachi being chosen regardless of how much "potential" he had is slim. Or, really non-existent. Itachi doesn't align with either Ashura or Indra in terms of personality. He's a mix at best or better yet just his own stubborn person. Neither would want him as avatar to represent their side of the feud. If Itachi were chosen, his personality would have to be entirely different than what it was in canon.

I'll ignore the above because it wouldn't happen. Even though Itachi was a prodigy, he'd still be a kid with zero battle experience so facing a Jounin in a real battle for the first time is going to hit him hard. Sasuke was more overtly confident but still didn't fail to realize the significance; Itachi being even more keen-eyed and emotionally aware, he would be just as nervous.
14 y/o Itachi facing Oro is a different matter; he had already got a good deal of battle experience from being in ANBU and leading his own squad, so he knew what battle was like, and was fully aware of his own abilities. And taking on Deidara and Sasori would be no easy feat for him, transmigrant or not. Sasuke having the Raiton advantage gave him the constant edge in a battle otherwise against him, and presuming he and Sasori stay together, the problem of genjutsu is negated.
OT: If we're leaving everything else as it is, Itachi graduates years before Naruto and suddenly, the story shifts dramatically away from him and to Itachi.

I half-agree with a) since Sasuke does love his family but I don't think he would be ignorant enough to side with the clan since as a kid he was happy but I can't be sure if he would disappoint his little brother.
b) Itachi could still be a double agent for Akatsuki while Naruto still doesn't know what's going on lol
c) I haven't thought of it like that. But then again, Hashirama's personality seems different from Naruto and Ashura in some way.
I don't know about that @ bold. If that happens, then things would be the same just that Sasuke would have probably went to Orochimaru already. If not, then Team 7 would be a happy team I guess. I agree with the rest since Itachi wouldn't have the experience despite still being a prodigy.

The story would be completely different and there would be no possible way for us to know how the plot would go out.
So true, dont forget if he happens to be sick, tsuna is there to cure him, if he happens to be evil well naruto is in for some roflstomping, probably if he is craving for power, he'd be the strongest, knowing almost every secrete bout konoha, all he has to do is steal the forbidden scroll, learn ftg, and transform to a kid, tsuan cures his disease, he gets EMS, and he rapes everyone before war arc, so opponents waay stronger than him won't come to existence like kaguya or any juubi jin
