Super speed, able to keep up with Minato, as well as KCM Naruto, Gated Gai, Bee, and Kakashi at the same time.
Uchiha clan ninjutsus, genjutsus, and kinjutsus.
Inyouton jutsus.
Rikudou's jutsus.
The ability to summon and control Gedo Mazo, which had the power to eat the souls of an army and dominate Giant Butterfly Chouji.
In possession of Madara's Warfan which can absorb chakra from a jutsu and redirect it back at the user.
Not to mention that Obito is highly intelligent and cunning, being a master strategist and manipulator, and even when things don't go according to plan he's able to quickly adapt and come out on top.
Itachi literally needs MS to even contend against MS-less Obito.
