IMO:-In that case;
All Uchihas would have been dead including Itachi & Sasuke.
Konoha would have been either destroyed or become very weak by attacks from other 4 villages.
And then Naruto would have grown up to restore Konoha and its pride by teaching a lesson of power plus peace to other villages.

Danzo stated that Itachi would have been killed but I don't see. Tobi, itachi, shisui and the rest of the uchiha's. If they went in the night like they did in the uchiha's massacre.
