Of course there would be many people against it. But there will also be tons of people for it. If Obito had told people that being connected to the God Tree basically made them immortal along with living in a perfect world for an eternity, he would have gained a large amount of supporters.

Not at all. Far more people would be against it than for it. One common thing people have is their inability to give their fate to someone else regardless of the rewards.

Why wouldn't many people put their faith in a god(the Shinju)? People do it all the time in real life.

Madara did what he did because he trusted the Shinju.

And who says everyone believes in this same "god"? Fact of the matter is, this plan would have adverse side effects and people would not just comply with this. The world would have to be brought kicking and screaming, and would still be hell-bent on resisting. Heck the world now barely agrees on things, even when they all have mutually beneficial gains.

Frowning is happy?

You must be registered for see images

The dream are meaningless, it's just a waste of life. You may as well eradicate the human race for all it's worth. They had no choice, forced to dream for an eternity.

They are not frowning just sleeping. Loved how you edited out the dreams.

The Shinju spawned all life in the Narutoverse. If that thing existed in the real world and created it, then it is objectively the true God. And if it promised immortality and eternal happiness to the world, best believe tons of people would start worshiping it.

1. That still doesn't mean everyone would believe in the same god.
2. That is not even remotely close to reality.
3. Even if that scenario was true, it would be conflicted with people's past religious beliefs.
4. At best that would start a new religious sect to add to the other religions.

Although this is becoming repetitive so I have nothing more to say.

1. Never said everyone would. Just many, if not most over time.
2. Oh yes it is. Religions/cults have started with no evidence that their gods existed. Imagined if a god actually appeared.
3. The other religions will die over time like Greek/Roman mythology.
4. At very least, the Shinju would be the most worshiped God, since there would be actual evidence that it exists.

You must be joking right? Most religions holy book details why their religion is right and the origins of it, the only issue is that people don't all believe that holy book.

But yeah I disagree on practically all your points.

You call that evidence? You call that evidence? You do realize that someone could have easily made that up right?

Still proves your point wrong on there being no evidence.

"It said it in a book so it must be hard evidence."

You know how that sounds? Evidence=facts.

Now you want to nitpick after being proven wrong.

It's not a nitpick, just stating a fact. The bible is generally not considered evidence that God exists. As matter of fact, there are even contradictions in it.

First you said there is no evidence now when presented with evidence, the evidence is not to your liking. So yes by all means you are nitpicking.

The bible says the earth is flat. Yeah, that's a reliable source.

You are further proving the point that you're nitpicking by bringing up irrelevant and off topic issues, when the entire point was on the existence of evidence.

It perfectly irrelevant. You're saying that things like the bible are evidence that God exists. Going by that logic the bible holds evidence that the earth is flat because it says so.

See how flawed your arguement is? A mere claim isn't evidence.

You are missing the point entirely. Religions had evidence to prove their religion, which proves your point wrong. Your disagreement and nitpicking of their evidence is irrelevant to the point.

Actually a lot of their claims got debunked by science. There really is no evidence.

Like I said your missing the point. Fact is those religions had evidence to prove their religion. It being true or not is moot and so is your point.

Actually it not moot at all. The definition of "evidence" from the dictionary:

"the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid."
