What if after Dragon Ball, Goku used Instant Transmission and ended up in the wrong dimension, he cant use any Ki Power or even go Super Saiyan. He tried to figure out what happened and slowly recovered his techniques of energy. He then discovered something even deeper than Ki, Chakra. He toyed with chakra till he mastered it.
In this weird dimension he was the only one to use chakra. 20 years later he fought a giant demon that is said by others to come from hell itself. Goku sought to bring peace defeating this monster and people worshiped him as the "Worlds Hero".
Knowing that he cannot go back he decided to start a new life. He got married and had 2 sons. He also taught the world about energy and its use, to stop war between mankind.
Until he was really old, he passed on his will for the world to his sons.
And that was the origin of all Naruto
