The second was ki and chakra are different, goku's methods will only apply to physical training. And without KI there isn't much goku can do for him.

Also going back to the first point, goku uses intense mind and body training methods. Kaioken for example is an extremely difficult technique that require extreme mental concentration and physical endurance, it requires both mind and body to be in perfect sync on a supernatural level.

This isn't like anything naruto has ever handled before, the fact that naruto can't even use genjutsu(heck he can't even break it on his own) suggests that he won't be able to handle it.

Oh, really? But, Yamcha did it. Besides all Naruto would need is practice and a good teacher, he mastered Sage Mode, after all. He'd just do what he's always done, push himself, smack Sakura a few times, and refuse to give up, and, ultimately persevere.

Naruto is likely a moon burster too, since early DB to mid DB Goku definitely wasn't a city burster, besides which, DB can be inconsistent.
