If he exists, he can die, and if he can die he is not a god. If he does not exist, why worship him? If he exists as a function of our belief, why worship him?

95% of "atheists" are just mad that their parents made them skip video games on sunday mornings and have no reason to be atheist, and are truly Agnostic, not atheist.
Basically if you're omnipotent you don't really have a skin colour or gender anymore if you ask me, you don't have a real appearance either because it can be changed whenever and however into whatever.
This is entirely hypothetical. You may take my question how you want, and you may answer how you want.
What if suddenly God made an appearance to man? All men would understand that God exists and would recognize his almighty power. Then suddenly, God tells his children to praise him no longer. God tells his people that he neither requires nor accepts any praise. What if God said there is nothing beyond life, and he grants man one term of existence in his universe. After their term of life is over, they are nothing. There is no heaven and once you die, you go to nothingness. What if he tells man that he does not intervene in any affairs and does not hear their prayers? After his statements, he suddenly vanishes and leaves man there speculating on God.
My questions to you are as follows:
- What if God said there was no heaven and after life is nothingness?
- What if God said he does not hear your prayers and frankly doesn't care about your affairs during your life?
- What would happen to humanity after God's disappearance?
My response to my own question:
1. This wouldn't mean much to me. I consider myself agnostic. I would love if there was a heaven that all of my loved ones could go to and be reunited with one another after death. However, if God said such a thing does not exist, I would not care as much as I think I should. I've already accepted the fact that God likely does not exist, and after death is nothingness, as stated in my questions.
2. If God said this, again, it wouldn't mean much. I don't pray, and again, I've accepted the fact that God likely does not exist.
3. In my opinion, here is what would happen.
1 - 3 Months: Anarchy. People would riot, thinking nothing matters anymore. Their lives are meaningless and they have nothing to live for anymore.
After 4 Months: People return to normalcy. Church officials will likely spew their normal bullshit saying God was merely testing the faith of his children.

This is merely my idea on the matter. I definitely do not expect anyone to write nearly as much as I did, but write something. I'd like to know how some of you think.
Since the dawn of time, man has always sought the purpose to his existence. By telling him his life does not matter, he would either go mad, ending in chaos and despair or he would find a way to give it meaning by being remembered (as to which means, that is dependent on the individual).
1. If there is no life after death then people would simply believe in reincarnation. I see no other alternative belief that could take the place of heaven/hell. That or man would pursue immortality, finding ways to emulate god's power.
2. For the sake of my sanity, I will continue to believe that someone is hearing me and "watching over me". Believing anything else or less would drive me mad to the point of suicide. And I say that with the utmost sincerity and seriousness.
3. Nothing else other than Chaos. If the event wasn't recorded via video, people would eventually forget and go back to their old ways of life.
I can assume that most faiths will try to persuade others that it was all the work of evil forces "in sheeps clothing". Basically the devil trying to trick humanity.
But to be honest, those aren't the questions I would have for him. I would probably have other questions from him from a scientific POV.
I saw the title of you're thread and thought what if god was one of us lol but answer some of the questions Jesus was a Hebrew and the reason why he looks white pictures after the Roman empire converted to Christianity spread through all of Europe and was modified to suit their own vanity bible was actually rewritten which is the New Testament King James Bible only the one percent were allowed to read and preach the Bible peasants ordinary folk weren't allowed to question in fact if they didn't believe they died
