What if Boruto and Kawaki fight against the main villain together?

Most of us are guessing that Kawaki is not the main villain here but indeed it is the otsutsuki clan leader.
Therefore it may be possible that Boruto and Kawaki fight against him at the end.
I think that both of them has got a seal on there hand
Kawaki's seal is red and Boruto's seal is blue.blue.Therefore both of these seals may be required to defeat the main villain?
There is a reason that one seal is red and other is blue.
Just as Hagoromo seal one was light and other was dark
