Not a big deal, Kisame is one of the strongest characters in the manga, plus it'd take Itachi/Sasuke/Shisui(maybe)/Madara/Izuna to stop Kisame any other uchiha is slaughtered

Being an Uchiha who manages to hide away his Sharingan would also mean he is precarious and perceptive. At least he could show some resistance. Kisame one shoted him with his own intel jutsuu
