Your theory is not impossible. It's just very unlikely if you pay attention to Kishi's writing style. He usually gives out hints or you can make connections to who will appear in the storyline. I highly doubt he will just make up some characters out of nowhere and give them the vital role the toad sage spoke of. Think about it... All the Uchiha we know of now had their story built... Sasuke(obvi), Itachi(obvi), Madara (Obvi), and Obito (Obvi). There are very few other Uchiha that we know of and the chance of Shisui being alive and a bad guy... Yeah, but I will have to side against that.

You are wrong..Kishi never talked or give any hint about a shinobi Uchiha Kagami.But he appeared in the manga.So there is a possibility that kishi will give another Uchiha member to entertain us...

Meh, you didn't understand what I just said. Also, he gave Kagami a side role. He was in a team like so many other Leaf shinobi before the Uchiha were killed. It is not a big deal to see him in a flashback. It doesn't mean OMG another powerful Uchiha is coming back from the past to destroy the world! ;-P

Well the Elder Frog seems even older than them...could have considered Obito or Madara a boy. Or simply reffered to Sasuke
