i think it be a good fight but tbh sage mode isn't easy to obtain not everyone can do it. even jirya sorry for spelling couldn't fully master it naruto was the first one that we know of to become a perfect sage at least for frog sage mode.

I'm not dead certain they would beat him, but there is a better chance of survival.. As long as each of them are strong enough to deal with Rinbo, then I don't see why not.. He always underestimates people so tht wouldn't change the Kage did kill him or almost beat him a couple of times due to him being a douche and underestimating them
He would have lost due to tht fact alone

I mean he couldn't absorb the sand anyway it would've been even harder to get rid of it
He wouldn't have been Able to absorb any of the attacks he did

Ay would've been fast as hell I mean he is already fast but his reflexes and stuff would've most likely been somewhat near BM minato not to mention if adding onooki combo would've exceeded BM minato prob

Gaara sand speed would've been insane

Mei would become somewhat relevant

Onooki would've been a beast (i mean he already was )

Tsuande would have speed and reflexes so she wouldn't have gotten hit so much

There is always a chance the kage would lose, but all of them acquiring sage mode would definitely increase their chances of winning by a good amount, or I should just say by a lot, considering it would allow them to inflict damage on Madara.
