as we saw there were many teams working on the invasion of pain case.. example inoichi, shikaku and such + anbu there should be tech's / users thats can drain chakra/ supress it and

If they attacked the village and Naruto wasn't there I think it would go either way. Kakashi would be able to use Kamui like three times and die on the third. I think they would have to rely on Tsunade's summoning to take on the Hachibi. Raikage would just pierce through everyone after that. Unless Kakashi and Gai teamed up and Gai uses 8 gates. That's the only way I see the Leaf winning..

First priority is taking out Bee as fast as possible before he goes into Beast form. The moment he does, it's game over. There's currently nobody in the Leaf with enough manpower to take on a Bijuu like him.

Speaking from a hokage standpoint, I would nuke Bee with Yamato, Shikamaru and Gai. Speed, power, brains, and a wood user should be enough to at least incapacitate him, since they definitely don't want to kill him.
I would order Kakashi, Neji and Lee to handle A. Lee can compete with his speed using the Gates, if Neji can manage to get a critical hit with his 64 palms, then there goes his lightning armor, which also means no more speed. The only thing left at this point to do would be to warp him to the Kamui world with Kakashi.
