what if....that blast was actually a distraction by Madara and while everyone was off guard he put them in a Genjutsu? so everyone showing up is just Madara creating the perfect world where he is making the shinobi alliance seem as if they are about to win ultimately screwing over Obitio.

Highly doubt that the Infinite Tsukuyomi is active, because Obito said that he needed a ritual to do it, and from what he said it sounded like it would take some time. Which eh currently don't have.
