But i would like it to progress like this: Tsunade or whoever the hokage is says they cant use S rank techs like EMS and Bijuu mode

and we have the most epic fight.
of course naruto will win and then we have the long awaited sasuke naruto fight.

Of which yall can decide.

Thats just what I want to see, considering the chuunin exams were one of my favorite parts of the series and kishi has left it WIDE open for the future as a possible later filler arc

IDK. My thoughts on the matter is way different, but the Sasuke and Naruto teaming up defeat Tobi is possible. Otherwise, the rest is your opinion. It is quite nice, but I do not think it would happen.
