what I see as a flaw in Naruto

If Minato is so fast why doesn't he make a clone then seal Madara? Minito is a outstanding at seals from everything I have read. So if he can make a clone which he did in the recent manga why doesn't he just seal madara and all that would have left is obito.
What are your thoughts?

He can't use Hiraishin as quickly as he did against Obito if Madara isn't tagged, and I doubt Madara would let him do that since he has Susanoo and Perfect Susanoo.

Would be boring, and Minato doesn´t have a mark on Madara so far, and Madara has shown himself quite capable of intercepting actual physical speed like he´s done against both Naruto and the Raikage, so he might be able to see a clone coming rather quickly. Both Madara and Minato are some of the best on record in the world, so it´s not as simple as 'just seal him'.

minato could FTG to obito because he had already marked him once. But minato had never had a chance to mark madara, that is the only reason he is unable to FTG to madara and seal him. Also, approaching madara is very difficult atm due to his awesome susanoo.

Just because he can arrive in an instant does not mean he can prepare sealing jutsu at same speed. What sealing jutsu have you seen that did not take like 10 seconds or more to finish. Besides the only jutsu we know of his truly capable of sealing someone is the reaper jutsu and maybe he is in no rush to go back in the belly of the reaper. Saying he knows any other sealing jutsu is just speculation. Plus jutsu like the one used on asuma would probably not even get the chance to work on madara unless he was damage severely.

Assuming that there IS a seal to seal away edo tensei's like Madara in Minato's arsenal.
He was able to stop his early dismissal, what makes you think he can be sealed so easily?

Different techniques take different tolls on your eyes. The more powerful the technique the more of a toll it takes on your eyes. Amaterasu is meant to be a last resort move which is why it takes such a toll on someones eyes and like an idiot Sasuke spammed it. Kamui is a technique which you'll use alot it's gonna have an effect on your eyes but it's not as bad as amaterasu which means you won't go blind as quickly.
