You're cut in half and someone pulls out a line like that without the slightes concern and it turns out to be one of your enemies. Personally my response would be "f*** off oro." or beg for him to help me. LOL, Tsunade won't do that though.

OT: If I were Tsunade, I would have said, "Awh, f***" or "No sh**, Captain Obvious", depending on my state of condition. For all we know, Tsunade is cut in half the last time we saw her. She also managed to summon Katsuyu before Sakura summoned her so as of right now, Tsunade's condition is really unknown and unpredictable. Her state could still be fetal or death.
