What I noticed about Team 7 and Sannin

Team 7 and the Sannin obviously have a connection of teacher and student, but as far their roles go, they switch off:

- Sakura would = Jiraiya .. both are the "second" important pieces of their teams.

- Naruto would = Tsunade.. Both are the "main" pieces of their teams why? the ones with the most influence out of their team

- Orochimaru would = Sasuke... turns villain, turns good want to learn more and more powerful stuff


Now notice how I'm not basing this on personality or anything like that, but simple their role in the shinobi world compared to team 7.

Naruto :

- Will be the reason 4th ninja war would be won
- Most influential throughout the world
- Respected the most
- Will be Hokage

Tsunade:

- Is the reason 2nd ninja war was won
- Most influential throughout the world
- Respected the most
- Is the Hokage



Just wanted to put it out there , that I have noticed this weird thing with team 7. Let me know what you guys think.

And no i'm not saying Naruto is the Tsunade of team 7, I'm simply saying role wise those 2 are parallel to each other more then Jiraiya and Naruto were. Plus, both are Senju =D

The Orochimaru one may or may not be true, we don't know what Orochimaru can do remember that smile he did when the Second Hokage mention him and the other 2 Kages being under edo tensei.

I think you made some mistakes in comparisons of Jiraiya and Tsunade. Most influential thought the world? I do believe Jman holds that. His book will end up bringing the greatest peace throughout the world, through Naruto.
Respected the most? Clearly Jman. He was what the Daimyo wanted as Kage, not Tsunade. Also, Hiruzen wanted the same. Plus Jman didn't really have as bad a rep as Tsunade did early on.

As far as "potential" goes.. Jiraiya had the least... seeing how Orochimaru was considered a genius and Tsunade was a monster at young age.

Kakashi helped in Saving Konoha.... so Kakashi is the same Tsunade?

And being told by the great sage about the prophecy has anything to do with his influence?
He heard of Yahiko + Nagato + Konan's success.. later on he heard the rumors they all died.

And of course Tsunade and Jiraiya are superior to Pain.... no question about it..

Naruto's success isn't SOLELY JIRAIYA.... It was due to Tsunade Naruto was allowed to train outside the village.. It was due to Tsunade Naruto was sent to save Gaara.... And it was due to Tsunade there was a alliance between the leaf and Suno..
