Hinata gets spanked. Temari is strong but I don't think she can beat the 9 tails jinchuriki. I believe Mito was stronger than Kushina because Mito was on more friendly terms with the 9 tails than Kushina.

I believe she is the strongest kunoichi based on hype. She was able to seal the 9 tails in herself by herself which is a huge feat. Unlike Kushina who could only restrain the 9 tails for a while. She was also Hashirama's wife so she may have comparable powers to the first Hokage.
