It probably was on the scale of Yamato or lower. Tbh, I don't think Obito is proficient at any jutsu except Katon and Kamui. He's novice at using other jutsu... Well, not novice, but not expert either.

He used mokuton against the Kiri nin when Rin was killed, and tbh that seems like he's more skilled than Yamato at it.
