A Head cannot survive on its own, therefor shortly after being cut off, it will disintegrate, like an Edo body disintegrating.
Then, as per normal Edo Tensei procedure, Hashiramas head will Regenerate

Both bodies will re-grow and Obito will have to fight two Hashirama.
