Kakashi is arguably most powerful Jounin but hat happens when kakashi won't have sharingan means obito didn't give it to him is he really able to compete with guy.

Kakashi was exceptionally skilled without the sharingan when he was a kid, so I'm sure he would still be powerful. He was on the path to being a prodigy but plot kindof put him in hiatus

I think he was pretty good, remember he became Jounin at 13 if I remember?

does every powerful ninja in NV possessed sharingan ?
what about minato ? not a KKG not a famous clan, and hell no sharingan

If kakashi had not sharingan, he would tried minato fighting style and knowledge
like :
naruto ---> jiraiya
minato ---> jiraiya
lee ---> guy
sasuke ---> kakashi
so there would be
kakashi ---> minato

He would still be good other than the fact that he would lose the 1000 copied techniques (which we haven't seen most of) and Kamui.
He basically would be spamming Raikiri over and over again since it's the only Jutsu he hasn't copied.

if kakashi doesn't have his sharingan....well then i guess he would be completely useless compared to the ones they are fighting against.without that sharingan,there's nothing hehe could do but b*tchin' around.without that sharingan he wouldn't have been able to use his lightning techniques,he wouldn't be able to use kamui....all he can do is just throwing kunais at madara and obito......

sorry if this hurts feelings

If things that have happened to Kakashi and Obito have been different, Kakashi probably would still be a strong shinobi even without sharingan.
Before Obito's loss and Rin's death, Kakashi was a very competitive guy, he want's to prove people that he was a better shinobi than his father, he became jonin at 13, he developed his own jutsu at a very young age, no one aside from him has done that in the manga. But after the losses he had in his life, he also lost his motivation, he became the laid back guy we know of.
