[Question] what happens to souls when they die in the soul society?

This may have already been answered in the series but what happens to souls when they die in the soul society? Do they cease to exist? Do they get reborn as someone else? Or do they get sent to the world of the living?

The answer is that any soul that dies in Soul Society is reincarnated on Earth as a new Human with no past memories.

They are reincarnated back into the real world. Remember this is the basis for the entire Quincy vs. Shinigami war, the souls for the souls society are in an eternal cycle of being born and reborn into each world and must mantain balance, however when Quincy (quincies?) Simply destroy the hollow along with their soul it upsets the balance and could destroy life in the bleach universe.
