they go back to where they live i guess they were ok before they had a contract with someone right so they should be ok after that person dies. also more than one person can have a contract with a summon Ie..naruto and jman both had frogs saskue and oro both had snakes

Yeah, filler isn't canon so it's not really valid proof of my point. However, it's a reasonable assumption. I actually watch all filler just to see something new. Also, you don't know whether the filler's going to be good unless you watch it.

I believe most summons are contract summons. People like Ma and Pa are probably summoned once a decade. They have normal lives i believe.
