This is likely to happen, but I think Naruto and Sasuke will actually fight.

Naruto dies after defeating whoever the final villain is but is revived by Sakura at the cost of her own life (Ones Own Life Reincarnation). Later in the future, he may become the leader of his own team;pass on his ninja way or become a one man team and be recognized as the greatest ninja who ever lived. Just a small thought

The way the manga is heading, it seems like the 5 Villages will definitely join together after the whole mess is over. There might be a chance that Naruto will want to end the ninja system all together - which his father believed to be a main problem contributing towards hatred.

Arent you forgetting something? That was his plan until Itachi showed him his side and told him he loved him. Now he's on his way to find out the entire truth from the people in that mysterious scroll. His fight against Naruto is inevitable, but he doesnt want to destroy anything until he's satisfied his hunger for the complete truth.
