1. Naruto stills uses sexy jutsu with konohamaru sometimes just not against someone like Madara.

2. Amaterasu was never weak. It's one of the strongest fire moves. It's just that skills and jutsus like wood style and
Bijuu Bomb that overshadow it nowadays.

3. They are. Kishi just never draws them anyore.

4. They just never got the wide spread fame that the sannin and hokage
Tsunade has.

5. They went on vacation after Pain's invasion.

6. He grew up and lost the habit.

7. Kishi's reasons.

8. Jiraiya was asked first but turned it down and voted for Tsunade. Danzo probably was overseen.
