The final chapter left a major question ? Where is the ramen guy and was he really the main bad guy of the naruto universe ? Will he be the bad guy in part 3 ? Will he finaly admit that he poisened narutos ramen with ninja poison ?

Naruto takes over Ichiraku Ramen in the Last Movie. So the ramen guy is retired
