I haven't watched the last yet, but I've saw the trailer of them having the 5 kage summit,

Was she like impeached or something all the other kage are still kage but her.

I haven't watched the movie yet but does it explain this.

I assume the war and being cut in half then reatttached, then healing an entire army, and IT, and all that has probably taken a toll on her (she is in her 50s after all) So she probably stepped down and let Kakashi take over.

The reason weren't unknown, Orochimaru basically forced her to be Hokage, and She only stated because of her determination to help Naruto, Tsunade never wanted to be Hokage

Agree she probably didn't want to be hokage, but neither the manga or movie have tsunade passing the title to Kakashi. It's just boom Kakashi is hokage, tsunade isn't. Not really a transition
