hey i was wondering now that toby has the rineggan i havent seen him using his time space jutsu... now he runs like any one else does... any ideas why????

His s/t isn't just warping :| all of his intangibility is part of his s/t as well

he was going to warp naruto right before kakashi and gai turned up. he still has it. but he's up against 4 of the fastest characters in the manga backing each other up, so obviously using his tailed beasts is a much safer plan atm until he can find an opening.
