What happened to the White Zetsu who helped Madara?

Remember that Zetsu who gave the Rinneagan back to madara? And madara used his arm? He layer appeared with spiral zetsu but i dont remember him dying or was it not shown?

I was making smartass comments right until Madara captured all of the Bijuu and stabbed Sasuke. After that, Zetsu presumably just f*k'd off to do whatever the other Zetsu were doing, right up until the Zetsu all died when the IT was dispelled.

A better question: if there were any Zetsu left after IT was completed, why didn't they interfere in the Naruto/Sasuke battle (especially after Naruto/Sasuke passed out) and attempt to prevent the duo from dispelling the IT?

Bold good question... Why didn't Guruguru/Tobi did nothing when Naruto and Sasuke were down for more than half a day...
