What happened to the Tree of the Juubi? Could Naruto and Sasuke be fed from it?

I'm not going to do any research to see what happened to that Juubi Tree because
at this very moment I'm inspired at the point of working on my code for my game.

And I'm lazy too.

So if in fact the Juubi Tree is still somewhere in the world, Naruto and Sasuke could feed their chakhras from it. Maybe that's why Gaara wanted to take Tsunade and Sakura who have great chakra control along with Naruto to the "Great Tree" or whatever its name is. That's because Tsunade and Sakura could transfer the chakra from the Tree to themselves and then to Naruto. Gaara knows that because the Kyuubi told him in the last episode how to save Fodderuto Naruto. If this is true, Naruto probaly would become OP.

I ain't going to highlight any words here to make this "theory" visible and attractive to anyone who visited this thread, if you want to read, read. As I said, I'm inspired and need to work before I get stuck in the narutoverse loop where I keep posting on the forums.

Whaddya think bout the theory?

You mean similarly to how Madara survived long after his natural life by connecting to the Bijuu-less Gedo Mazo? That's actually a nice theory.

Although, I don't see how Gaara (or Shukaku or any of the Bijuu for that matter) could possibly know about that ability.

I'm sure a 'god tree' has all manner of different plot-viable means of saving a person's life.

That said - I somewhat doubt it.

Madara isn't likely to sit idle while people play in his father's apple tree, eating all the gum-drops they can see. There is probably a more isolated area they will be visiting. Probably something that we will only learn about when they get to it (kind of like how the whole Uzumaki ritual mask for the shinigami didn't have much of any pretext to its inclusion and function in the plot).

Personally - I think it's a bit lousy in terms of writing to not give the audience any kind of means to puzzle out what is happening. I have a feeling this will be one of those times where we get told about why what happened fits in the story (via flashback) rather than seeing how prior elements of the story connect.

The occasional flash-back is okay... but more often than not, in Naruto, a flashback is used to explain how what is happening fits in with the story rather than developing the depth of the story. It works better within the context of a transition: Character wakes up in a radically different environment - "How did I get here?" Filling in gaps in a story or elaborating upon a character's independent action (hinted at in the general story) is a better use of flashbacks.

We're due for another flashback, anyway. It's been about a year since our last six months of flashbacks-within-flashbacks.

gaara knows it because i think in the last 1 or 2 chapters the kyuubi talked to gaara in his mind. kurama said he knew a way to save naruto and kurama exists since the so6p...
