I believe that Tobi & Obito have different personalities, even though they are the same person.

Tobi with the mask was allot more care free and put on a stupid act, to essentially fool his opponents in to thinking that he was weak, to throw away suspicion. Wither as obito has to control him problems, giving that people are confronting him about why he decided to change ect ect...

I liked Tobi better tbh...
