Is that really what the DB says? That they're made by physically mixing elements, and not just implying contextually they contain all five elements? Just because they're composed of all elements doesn't necessarily mean that mixing them is a viable way to create them. If that was the case, it's implausible that just ten TSBs would be the upper limit of how many any known user can wield at one time.

I wouldn't say everybody since you need six path chakra and yin yang release and it didn't say mix you are right but when you mix colors together you get black so ... But db say the user most have all 5 elements and six path chakra

you know that's because he just absorbed some of Madaras rsm, so in theory he simply awakened rsm and got his truth seeker. So in theory the only way to get it back is to lose and awaken rsm again. I'm not trying to take away anything from Naruto but I think he lost it, the same way Madara never got his balls back.
