What happened to most of hebi Sasuke's arsenal?

I understand that he lost the CS but there's alot of techniques he stopped using after the battle against Itachi.

There's chidori nagashi which he wasn't shown using, it could've been useful against Bee, Danzou, Kabuto and maybe even Juubito and the taijutsu fight against Naruto because of it's paralyzing nature.

He also had the ability to change his chidori to chidori blade instantly (like Spider-Man's web slingshots)

which could've helped him alot for tricking his targets thinking he's going to blitz them but instead doing this.

Chidori blade can pretty much work as limited range hand gun due to it's speed lol

And let's not forget his hidden wires and infinite ammo braclets.

Also the oral rebirth jutsu and the ability to summon snakes from everywhere on his body might be from absorbing orochimaru but I don't see why he can't use them without him considering they're not KKG and Sasuke knows how to use them.

And there's also his rinnegan paths which pretty much explain themselves.

I guess it's like in fighting games such as tekken, you keep on using like 17 moves out of your 100 moveset and keep forgetting about the other 83 moves.

Those techniques are just Chidori variations, which were utilized in most of his fights because they were favorable at the time. As you he fought against stronger opponents, landing a lightning attack of that level was risky, which is why his resorted to using Mangekyou Shairngan.

Problem is after Hebi period his opponents were top tiers (at that time) so those attacks are useless (Oral rebirth is indeed because of Orochimaru being inside his body).

For example :

- Against Raikage chidori Katana that was statted to be unstopable is simply blown away by Raikage armor and Chidori did almost no damage so each attack there is useless.

- Killer Bee is simply too fast and skilled to be hit by that.

- SM Kabuto is also too fast as shown when he dodged Chidori sharp spear .

- Against Juubito all those attacks were useless (No senjutsu inside them)

- JJ Madara is too fast and extremely durable and have amazing healing.

- Same goes for Kaguya

All Rinnegan users are badly nerfed (Except Nagato)

Kishi realized not letting Naruto learn anything significant during the timeskip was bad so he removed most of the jutsu Sasuke learned during the time skip to make them equal.

Sasuke probably evaluated each of the situations above and decided not to use the aforementioned jutsus.

Agreed, Raikage's lightning armor would neutralize most of Sasuke's
Lightning techniques

When they fought in cqc, chidori nagashi would've been pretty helpful cuz bee would suffer from it and his body would go numb, thus rendering his flashy sword work unusable
- SM Kabuto is also too fast as shown when he dodged Chidori sharp spear .
Chidori nagashi would have been a great counter against suigetsu's Liquid transformation that Kabuto used
- Against Juubito all those attacks were useless (No senjutsu inside them)
once he fused his Susanoo with jugo's senjutsu he couldn't land proper hits on Juubito but if he used Chidori nagashi or chidori spear he would've gained an advantage
- JJ Madara is too fast and extremely durable and have amazing healing.
yes, but the point of using them is to gain an opening in order to seal him

They may not be as haxxed as other techniques like Susanoo but they might come in very useful in some situations(like of Sasuke used his strings against bee or naruto or chidori nagashi to paralyze them)
