Madara awakened rinnegan just before he died then he found nagato and placed his rinnegan in nagato covertly, then nagatos eyes were takken one by obito and the other one i dont recall how he got the other one but he did regain his eyes when obito resurrected him using rinnegans visual prowess

Lol that is the reason "that is the god damn rinnegan" u cant use it even Nagato who had super strong body couldnt use it w/o blinding and Obito who was Uchiha and his half body was Hashi's DNA Barely handled 1 rinnegan... no one will be able to use it except Sasuke(he has his own one) and probably Naruto(he will never trasplant them no doubt right?) Only person right now who has chance to use it and may somehow restore it,is Orochimaru no one other.

What are you talking about. nagato used it even in his sickly death state with extremely low chakra. heck i think even sasuke himself said the rinnegan should be transplanted into kakashi (someone who has average chakra reserves). i think you're confusing rinnegan with shisui's eye. it's hashirama's arm that keeps allows the user to use his genjutsu daily and use izanagi to it's full potential and the only reason madara took hashirama's skin because he assumed that's how you unlock rinnegan. nothing more.

To have Senju dna doesnt help u much to control and use rinnegan at full power(Obito's case) Madara thought Uchiha+Senju=power,but in reality it was Ashura+Indra. In order to use Rinnegan w/o drawbacks u need to be Ashura or Inda(Maddy/Hashi,Naruto/Sasuke) otherwise u will suffer.... Nagato was losing his life span when he was using rinnegan... ect.... and he just used rinnegans 10% power if not less....
Sasuke said it about Kakashi bc he knew that he resieved some Hogoromo's chakra so Kakashi could undo the IT...
