What happened to Kakashi's sharingan?

I just watched naruto the last and for now i can say best movie ever . Now to the question i saw kakashi without his sharingan did can he now fully control it now so he can turn it on and off or did they forgot to put it in the movie.

He only had both eyes cause Obitos soul was in him, he didn't actually have his physical eyes or they wouldn't have faded away
