What happened to Kaguya's fanbase?

This panel hyped a lot of people. Then she just sorta...had no personality. Many denied it at first, but slowly more and more people agreed that she is barely even a character :|

There was some at the beginning, they changed their avi's and sigs to Kaguya, was funny to see the bandwagoning. I knew from the moment she was introduced it was a bad idea from Kishimoto and said she'd be terrible, Kishi should have just let her remain as a lore character, would have been a source of some good discussions, but instead we got this plot-nerfed, no personality, no development or foreshadowing shitty character.
