inner sakura is still there, no doubt. except kishi wont reveal it as much because like someone said in the previous posts there really arent many places for the inner sakura to come out. have u noticed shes been sad and depressed lately?? the inner sakura was technically there to help support her efforts, and encourage her to push on.

She's been training off screen for the last 3 years in Genjutsu and she'll soon be returning to aid Sakura in her time of need. Basically Sakura has lacked the cheap and quick power-up, so this will be Kishi's way to make up for lost time. This will put her around Itachi's level I believe.
