What happened to Deadman Wonderland?

I started watching it on Toonami, & then after a few episodes they pulled it. I wanted to know what was going to happen, so I found the manga online & was reading it, it's pretty good btw. Anyway, it just abruptly stops right at the story's climax, like they just stopped making it. Anyone know anything about this?

i also went though the same problem as you. i heard that the writer for dw is haveing a baby so as to make it easier they stopped it.

Based on the content of the story, I would never guess that it was being written by a woman! Well, I just hope she finishes it once she has the baby.

The manga and anime is on hiatus because the creator is/was pregnant. Its been 11 months so far.
